One day she was asked by a customer who was an FBI agent to guess what he wants to eat, and when she answers correctly, he invites her to join a team of FBI agents for her natural ability to aid in solving crimes. She joins four other teens who has special abilities too. Michael who can read emotions, Sloane who is a master with numbers and probabilities, Lia who can detect people lying to her, and Dean who is a profiler like Cassie.
She becomes interested in Michael and Dean later in the story. As the story unfolds, there is a serial killer that may target Cassie. This book was great, but was also a bit creepy. In the book, you learn of serial killers and their MO’s. Also there are sections told from a killer’s point of view. On the whole, it’s still an amazing read for anyone who loves mystery books or other type of genre would also definitely enjoy this. I recommend that everyone should read this book.
