College Prep


SAT Preparation Course  Tuesday's September 10, 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15 or Wednesdays, September 11, 18, 25, October 2, 9, 16, 6:45-8:45 pm (DH)
Certified teachers will help prepare you for the SAT.  Students need to purchase and bring to the first day of class McGraw Hill's SAT 2014 edition and a calculator.  Registration is underway.  Cost:  $80

 Project Excel's Babysitting Employment Training Course DXY901 Wednesdays, September 25, October 2, 9, 16, 4:15-5:15 pm (DH) 
Learn the skills you need to babysit.  You will be eligible for babysitting job referral placement through the Town of Huntington's Project Excel.  Registration is underway.

Project Excel's Teen Writing Workshop DXY902 Thursdays, October 3, 10, 17, 24, November 7, 14, 21, December 5, 12, 19 (no class 10/31, 11/28), 5:45-6:45 pm (DH)
Meet weekly with an established writer to explore the writing process and improve your oral and written skills through a variety of creative writing exercises.  Registration begins 9/9.
