Shadowland by Alyson Noel

I highly recommend the book Shadowland by Alyson Noel.

Despite the fact that they are immortal, Ever and Damen have yet another challenge to face and overcome. Tricked by Roman, Ever adds a drop of her blood to Damen's antidote...An antidote meant to save him, not to make things worst. Now, if Ever and Damen have even a single touch of skin-to-skin contact, Damen would die and be sent to the isolated place meant for lost souls. Unexpectedly, Ever seeks and finds help from a surfer named Jude. He seems familiar, as if they have met a long time ago or perhaps in a different lifetime. Ever's love for Damen is being tested as she grows closer to Jude. Will she choose the one that she thought she was destined to be with, Damen or Jude, someone who has just appeared in Ever's life? This story takes an unexpected turn when Roman captures one of Ever's friends, one named Haven. Roman gives Ever two choices...Save the dying Haven and make her an immortal, or get the antidote to release Damen from his curse. She has to decide between commiting her best friend to the Shadowland, or finally having the happily ever after she had wished for with Damen.

This book is probably among one of the best that I have ever read. However, before you read this book, be sure to read Evermore and Bluemoon first. They mark the start of Ever and Damens' journey, one full of many obstacles. I guarantee that you will not be able to put the books down and stay on the edge of your seats!
